Organizational Culture

Mission Statement

To define and continually re-evaluate our Pillars and Areas of Focus in Academic Medicine, identifying new opportunities that ensure the development and perpetuation of characteristics that comprise a healthy organizational culture.

Meetings

The Organizational Culture Team meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 2:30pm-4:00pm. Work groups meet once per month.

Meeting Format

  • Meet at least once a month in between larger group meeting to move ideas into action.
  • Each larger group meeting: Share progress and look for group discussion around your ideas and work.
  • Discussing upcoming PF events, ongoing initiatives, and engagement opportunities.

e-Greeting Cards

The People First Organizational Culture: Greeting Cards is a project meant to encourage recognition of our team members’ everyday efforts, their joyous special events/occasions, and their need for support during difficult times. Editable templates allow for personalization of a printable card, while animated GIFs offer an option for reaching team members virtually.
