About People First
People First was developed in the Departments of Medicine, Dermatology, and Family Medicine to ensure a work environment that puts people first in all things. Our goal is to listen to employee feedback, engage teams to develop solutions, and empower people to deliver results. In response to initial feedback, five pillar teams have been established to lead these initiatives. We welcome ALL staff members to consider being a part of this meaningful change!
